Privacy Policy

Plain language. Short summary first, details after. Last reviewed .

In short

This site does not track you. It collects nothing unless you type a message and send it yourself, and the few preferences it remembers stay in your own browser.

Nothing you do here is sold, shared, or handed to a third party.

What we collect

Two things, and only two.

  • Form submissions you send on purpose. If you report a bug or request a feature, we receive the fields you filled in: the product, your summary or title, your description, and your email address if you chose to give one.
  • Local preferences kept in your own browser. These are never sent to the studio. The full list is in the next section.

The AGIT application has its own privacy policy, because it runs on your machine rather than on this site. Read it at /products/agit/privacy/.

What stays on your device

The site remembers a small number of settings so it does not ask twice. They live in your browser storage and never travel to the studio.

  • ag-theme — your light or dark choice.
  • ag-cookie-consent — your answer to the cookie banner.
  • ag-bubble-pos — where you parked the mobile menu bubble.
  • ag-menu-expanded — which menu branches you left open.
  • ag-hero-intro — a flag saying you have already seen the intro animation in this tab.

The first three are kept in local storage, so they survive a reload. The menu branch list and the intro flag are kept in session storage, so they clear when you close the tab and the intro plays again in a new one. The site also keeps two short lived notes in session storage while you move between pages, and those disappear with the tab.

None of these values are sent anywhere. Clear your browser storage and the site starts from nothing.

What happens to a form submission

Your message travels over this site's own domain to the studio mailboxes. It is not passed to a form service, a relay, or anyone else.

The studio reads it, answers it, and uses it for one purpose: handling the bug you reported or the feature you asked for.

Once the request is resolved, the message is deleted from the mailboxes. Nothing is filed in a database, and nothing is attached to a profile, because there are no profiles here.

What we do not do

  • No analytics, and no counting of who visited which page.
  • No advertising, no ad networks, and no retargeting.
  • No social widgets, no share buttons that call out, and no chat windows from other services.
  • No external fonts, scripts, or images. Everything loads from this domain.
  • No third party embeds of any kind.
  • No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for any of the following, and the studio will handle it by hand.

  • Access. Ask what you have sent us, and we will tell you.
  • Correction. Ask us to fix a mistake in a message you sent.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete a message once it is dealt with, or after the fact.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Change your cookie answer at any time, or ask us to forget a submission.

Send any of these requests through the contact page and we will deal with it.
